*VEDIC FULL MOON 🌝 DEC 4, 16:30 - 19:30, SANTO ISIDORO (near Ericeira)* *Sanskrit Lesson 🕉️, Guru Puja 🪔🙏🏼, Kirtan Circle 🎶, and Ayurvedic Dinner 🍛!* Dear friends, On this Full Moon on December 4, I would like to celebrate my parents’ arrival from India and share our gifts with the community - Sanskrit, Vedic Tradition, Devotion, Meditation, and Healthy Food! *Yoga teachers* and *Kirtan singers* may especially appreciate the Sanskrit lesson. Everyone with a taste for Indian 🇮🇳 food may appreciate the dinner 😋! We are in a beautiful space in Santo Isidoro, just a few minutes from Ericeira. Warm, Dry, and Cozy. The evening is intended to flow like this: *16:30 : Sanskrit Workshop* - Alphabet and Pronunciation, presented by me (G) (Although mantras can be beneficial no matter how they are pronounced, if we are able to pronounce them close to the way that the beings who downloaded and gave us these mantras did, we can get more of the healing benefits - activating energy centers, clearing blockages, and expanded states of consciousness. 🪷 😇) *17:15 : Guru Puja* - A sequence of chants for honoring our teachers, on the auspicious day of Thursday (a day for our teachers and the planet Jupiter, known as ‘Guru’ amongst the planets). Performed by my parents who are trained ‘Art-Of-Living’ breathwork and meditation teachers. *17:30 : Kirtan Circle* (to open your voice and heart with mantras and practice your newly- learned Sanskrit Pronunciation 🤗 ) *18:30 : Organic Vegetarian Meal* 🍲 cooked with love 💚 by my mother , according to *Ayurvedic principles* for ease of digestion and healing benefits. Requested Contribution: 11 € for Sanskrit lesson + Puja + Kirtan. 11 € for Dinner. The space is beautiful but limited!
